Office Manager

• Work with bank on invoice payments in Israeli and abroad • Making travel arrangements • • Supporting managing and tracking of the company budget • create purchase orders and process invoices • complete new hire setup and provide office orientation for new employees • coordinate facility operation including space planning and office moves • on-site environment infrastructure preparations; like, installing and check-ups of telephone lines, air condition, alarm systems, communication boxes and cables, computer peripherals & office equipment. • assist and take upon on special projects • setup accommodation and entertainment arrangement for company visitors • Be an administrative focal point for the team
 

• At least 5 years Experience in supporting a senior level executive in a Hi –Tech company or fast paced environment • Proficiency in office and outlook • Fluent English – written and spoken • Excellent interpersonal skills • Conscious, accurate and details oriented personality • Ability to work under pressure in a fast – paced environment , to juggle multiple tasks at once and work in short time constraints • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Highly independent and resourceful • Maintaining utmost confidentiality with sensitive and personal information • Consistently demonstrate a “can do” attitude and willingness for extended hours work • Ability to make independent decisions – problem solving skills • Proactive & Demonstrate drive and initiative • Patience, smart, and fast thinker
